1. Overview
Shortifye respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to upload and share only material they are authorized to use.
2. Reporting Infringement
If you believe content hosted or shared through Shortifye infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@shortifye.in with your name and contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, a statement explaining why you believe it is unauthorized, and any other information reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint.
3. Review
We may review a properly supported complaint and take action consistent with applicable law and our policies. We may request additional information before acting.
4. Counter-Notice
Where applicable, a user may provide a response or counter-notice. Any such process will be handled according to applicable law and does not guarantee restoration of content.
5. Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate and legally permitted, repeated infringement may result in restrictions or termination of an account or associated links.
6. Other Rights
The same reporting channel may be used for other intellectual-property concerns, although legal requirements differ by type of right.
